Based in Singapore, Hong Kong and Bangkok, Continuum is an independent risk advisory consultancy and technology provider operating in Asia.
We are focused on helping businesses that are embracing Web 3.0, blockchain and emerging technology. Our clients range from startups who are disrupting industries with new technology to more established businesses looking to protect themselves from emerging risks.
Our aim is to help companies understand emerging risks and make the purchase of complex insurance simple, through education, technology and superior client service. We also provide specialist professional & financial risk reinsurance solutions to emerging markets.
Continuum is not an insurance broker. We work on a consultancy basis or if insurance is required, we work with our licenced insurance partners to service clients across Asia.

Our in-depth knowledge of both the industry and the appetite of insurers allows to advise clients on the appropriate solutions to help them protect their business and offer value to their clients.
We take a client-centric approach, appreciating that insurance may be a future requirement rather than an immediate need and advise on the timing of policy inception as well as helping with payment schedules and budgeting requirements.
Our aim is to advise and companies from seed to flower and become a long-term partner with them through their journey to success.

Rob Russell
Founder & CEO
As the Founder of Continuum, I’m building the next generation of specialty insurance solutions for the emerging risks shaping Asia’s future. My passion is to empower high-growth businesses—especially those in fintech, Web3, digital assets, and technology—with access to world-class risk advisory and protection.
With over 28 years’ experience in financial services, 23 years’ based in Asia and 18 years in the insurance industry, I created Continuum to help bridge the gap between traditional insurance markets and the fast-evolving needs of innovative companies that are scaling fast.
Joe Ogden
CTO
As Chief Technology Officer at Continuum, I lead the development of technology that transforms how we and our clients work. I oversee the design and development of our insurance software, enabling scalable, data-driven risk advisory and seamless client experiences with a focus on automation, analytics and efficiency.
With over 20 years experience in full-stack website and software development, 18 years based in Asia and 15 years working with clients in the insurance industry. My broad tech skills, industry knowledge and local experience is an ideal combination to help Continuum and our clients.
