For insurance and reinsurance Continuum Hong Kong works in partnership with Freed Capital Limited, an insurance broker licensed and regulated by the Hong Kong Insurance Authority (HKIA).
Continuum acts as an authorised representative, supporting clients through risk assessment, insurance structuring, and coverage analysis.
Freed Capital Limited is responsible for insurance placement, policy issuance, and regulatory oversight, ensuring all broking activities are conducted in accordance with HKIA requirements.
For non-insurance activities including risk advisory, consulting and the provision of technology and software services we operate through Continuum Singapore

Founder & CEO
As the Founder of Continuum, I’m building the next generation of specialty insurance solutions for the emerging risks shaping Asia’s future. My passion is to empower high-growth businesses—especially those in fintech, Web3, digital assets, and technology—with access to world-class risk advisory and protection.
Joe Ogden
CTO
As Chief Technology Officer at Continuum, I lead the development of technology that transforms how we and our clients work. I oversee the design and development of our insurance software, enabling scalable, data-driven risk advisory and seamless client experiences with a focus on automation, analytics and efficiency.
Andy Tam
General Manager
With over 15 years’ experience technology sales and insurance business development, I lead the Hong Kong operation for Continuum as the technical representative of Freed Capital Ltd, our licenced insurance partner. My role includes working with our clients and insurers to deliver our risk and insurance services.
